Destroy the reputation, not the dog

I started this blog due to recent events in Denver, Colorado in regards to the Pit Bull ban. I would like to educate others as to what Denver is doing to these dogs and families. I would like to inform Denver as to why this law is unjust. I would like others to know that Denver isn’t the only place. Many of us face this issue in various areas. I hope provide some good information to other Pit Bull owners, enthusiasts and lovers (as well as those who aren’t educated about the breed).

This whole time I never knew

This whole time I never knew Castle Rock, Colorado also had a breed specific ban as well. Found this site listing:

Castle Rock, CO
Commerce City, CO
Denver, CO
Ft. Lupton, CO
Louisville, CO

as breed specific communities.

And then double checked and found it referenced in another website. I can’t believe all this time I never knew that Castle Rock already had this going. I think due to this being passed so long ago I never caught it. Amazing though that without me knowing and possibly traveling thought there with our catbull, something bad could have happened. And I actually thought about moving there at one time. Horrible. And why is Colorado has the most areas listed for BSL communities?
